I love almost everything about this, which is something I've never said before for ANY song on Newgrounds. Honestly, for a fourteen-minute-long song, I don't think it would getting boring fast. The mixing is very, very, very professional, the percussion is amazing, the Asian instruments are stunningly beautiful and conjure up images of snow-capped peaks, deadly needle-like katanas, ninjas clothed in shadow, and also metal guitars. Maybe iron. Or steel. Carbon, even.
Bro! I love those cheesy synth toms at 4:17! They remind me of the intro to Rick Astley's Never Gonna Give You Up.
One thing I have against it: the intro is awfully long and slow. This does add to the feel in some ways, but it could probably be cut down without losing any of the epicness.
Also, your transitions are so smooth! If I hadn't already listened to Koto Overdrive I wouldn't have ever guessed that this isn't all one song! Instant favourite. Keep up the great work, ALESDA!

DANG! I love this! The koto is very professional-sounding, and I'm interested to know what the plugin used was. It's also a very very well-mixed song in general. Lyrics please!!
The one major suggestion I have is that you should really put the following warning on this song:

WARNING: DO NOT TURN THE SONG UP SO THE KOTO IS LOUD. THE DROP *WILL* BLOW YOUR SPEAKER. AND ALSO PROBABLY YOUR EARDRUMS.

AleXizGD responds:

hahaha yeah my bad. The Koto instrument are from kontakt. I think is "Koto Nation"

Nice intro, but 1:22 was a really, REALLY disappointing drop for me. Not intense or heavy or even dubstep. Honestly, a full two minutes is entirely too long to wait for a drop.

I love this! Nice tune! Also, I love the drops. Very fun, and very original. However, it's not epic or unique enough for me to come back, NGL. It's the sort of song that you listen to, say "hey that's a good song," and then never listen to again.

P.S. Nice joke, it made me smile. I'm totally sharing.

Hooey this is baller!! Contrary to several reviews I love the high-end drop. One thing I'd suggest is that you add some more melodic elements into the drop, more like Virtual Riot, Zomboy, or even Pixl.

Pretty good, but the kick is a bit loud. Also, as a whole, the song sounds empty and without a lot of emotion. I like the samples you used, though. What DAW do you use? And what do you make your drops with?

Venomite responds:

FL studio and use serum mostly

I like it! Love the drums sounds for the most part, though the kick is pretty clicky. The song as a whole could use more low-end and midrange sounds, but the tune is pretty great, and the song feels relatively full.

P.S. When I first looked at the song title I thought it said "Venomite - Fraggle".........

Pretty good, but the mix is off, and it's pretty repetitive.

Pretty good but the drums are freaking QUIET.

I really like this! It's pretty well made, though the drops felt kinda disconnected, and quite repetitive.
