Very uplifting and encouraging feel. I like the airy vocal-y instrument in the background. The use of occasional metallic sounds add a lot to it. They sound almost 8-bit. Are those square waves or just saw waves with a bunch of effects?
Love it!!

SASKID responds:

The pluck is heavily layered and also plays during the main melody sequence along with a saw lead and another lead that automates a filter throughout every 8 bars I am pretty sure.

The pluck is just a mixture of different sounds I enjoyed finding, nothing major apart from reverb and delay/eq etc the usual. I wasn't happy with how the final sound turned out, particularly at the end of the track during the breakdown to close. But c'est la vie.

Very fun! Love the Basshunter vocal loops. The one problem is that the snare is kinda drowned out by all the lows.

SASKID responds:

Yeah the snare was a fucking nightmare in this. Tried a few different layers/sounds out but it always seemed to overpower on a sound system without any bass like earbuds etc. I try to master for a range of devices. It's not working out for me so far.... :D thanks for the honest review!

This is almost more hip-hop than house!
I love how incredibly chill this song is. The drum loops are superb. Love the airy "ahh" sort sounds in the background. There's just so much depth to this song, I love it! Go Xenodrop!!

Xenodrop responds:

Yeah because it's Future Garage. Thx for your warm words!

Totally epic!! Juicey drops, baller bouncey melodies...yeah. It's Zoftle fo' sho.

Zoftle responds:

Ayeeeee thanks so much! I think i’m really starting to develop a style!

You should be famous. You should be. This thing is so lit! The drops are friggin' JUICEY!! Love the melodies!!

Zoftle responds:

YOOOO THANK YOU SO MUCH! I really appreciate this comment! Hopefully some day I’ll be famous :)

Smoooooooth. Love it. So soothing. How do you write percussion? Do you use drum loops, piano roll, samples, what? I struggle to write interesting percussion and drums. You do it flawlessly.

Love the guitar solo around 0:50 or 0:51. Super super jazzy. I could listen to this all day. It could put one to sleep...though in this context that's a compliment. 😉

DoctorNoSense responds:

Thank you! I always just start of with a basic drum beat (kick, snare), add all sorts of chords and meldies to it and then start to fill in percussion, so I can adjust them perfectly to what I've already got. I just listen to a loop in the song all day and search for sounds that could fit. ^^

Hold up...you didn't happen to use Vinyl did you?!

Loved the original song, this remix only makes it better...stop making me feel bad about my music bro! Your production is soooooo goooooood!!

Beighty responds:

I Did!! Great plugin! hahah
Naaaa you also have great stuff man! thx for your words<33

Nicely done! When you said "Big Room" you meant MASSIVE, this thing feels huge!

Benji-G responds:

Haha thanks a lot man!

Insane! The one problem is that it reuses a lot of riffs from previous songs so it's a bit unoriginal compared to your other works. Then again, there's enough new here to keep it interesting. I love the drums, and the chorus guitar melody is awesome. Overall just an amazing song.

TSRBand responds:

Thanks for your support! ♪ ♫

...have you ever considered writing this sort of music as soundscores? I think you'd do super well.
Love the bitcrushing. The sub is really nice too.
Did you use drum loops in this song?

Beighty responds:

Yo thanks!
I honestly dont know what Soundscores are, but sounds very intresting, will def have a look into it!
Yes! i often use drum loops for percussions, Main drums are programmed by me, but for example the opening drums in the intro are two loops sampled from breaks loops haha, so yess!

just an explorer on his way back home
